## Overview Lake Region Medical Group, P.A. is seeking a full-time Board Eligible or Board Certified Dermatologist to lead and expand their dermatology program in Fergus Falls, MN. This is a unique opportunity to establish a thriving service in a high-need area with strong organizational support, including dedicated advanced practice provider physician extender support and collaboration with the Cancer Care and Research Center and Plastics & Reconstructive Surgery team. The role offers high-volume practice potential and lucrative earning power within a community-owned, non-profit healthcare system. ## Practice Info Primary focus on medical dermatology with a strong core foundation in diagnosing, treating, and managing complex skin diseases. Option to incorporate cosmetics and Mohs surgery as desired. Sciton laser on site. Robust internal referral base draws from 5 clinics, supporting a primary service area population of 70,000. EMR System: EPIC. Part of Lake Region Healthcare, a community-owned, non-profit healthcare system with 2 hospitals, 10 clinic locations, 1 Cancer Care and Research Center, 1 Senior Living Community, 1,100 Employees, and 120 Physicians/Advanced Practice Providers. ## Compensation Base compensation guaranteed salary starting at $550,000/year for the first 2 years of employment, plus the opportunity to earn additional income based on production hours worked (wRVU's). Salary Range: $550,000 - $600,000 a year. Generous and competitive sign-on bonus available.
