Transactional Paralegal Regular Full-Time Boston, MA, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1572 Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually MG+M The Law Firm (MG+M) is seeking to add a Paralegal to our Transactional Practice Group in the Boston, MA office. MG+M is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters with an emerging focus on transactional matters. We approach client service as a unified team, integrating our efforts with those of our clients to advance their interests wherever they do business. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, document organization, and closing preparation Conduct and manage due diligence reviews, including tracking and summarizing key findings Prepare and organize closing checklists, signature pages, and transaction binders Draft and revise corporate documents, including resolutions, formation documents, and governance materials Maintain and update corporate records, minute books, and entity management databases Coordinate filings with state agencies related to entity formation, registration, and compliance Manage large volumes of transactional documents and maintain organized deal files Communicate with clients, attorneys, and third parties to facilitate transaction execution Support attorneys with legal research and other transactional matters as needed Track timelines and key deliverables to ensure timely completion of transactions Candidate Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of paralegal experience, with a focus on corporate or transactional work Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required Experience supporting M&A transactions and corporate governance activities strongly preferred Strong understanding of corporate structures, filings, and documentation Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with attorneys, clients, and internal teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal research tools and document management systems We offer a hybrid work environment, competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k).
