Job Title : Data Entry – Hire on resumes

Location : Mundelein Illinois

Pay range : $15 - $20

Duration : 3+ MONTHS

This role supports a critical remediation initiative in response to an FDA 483 observation, focused on ensuring Medical Device Reporting (MDR) compliance. The Data Entry Clerk plays a key role in reviewing, entering, validating, and maintaining high-quality data across multiple regulatory and quality systems to support audit readiness and compliance with FDA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems related to:
• Medical Device Reports (MDRs)
• Customer licensing and account records
• Regulatory submissions and supporting documentation
• Quality and compliance logs
• Perform detailed data validation activities, including:
• Reviewing records for completeness and accuracy
• Cross-checking data across multiple systems and source documents
• Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as needed
• Support MDR remediation efforts by:
• Backlogging and remediating historical records
• Ensuring all required fields and documentation meet regulatory standards
• Assisting with preparation for audits and inspections
• Provide general clerical and administrative support, such as:
• Document management and filing (electronic and/or physical)
• Tracking status of records and remediation progress
• Updating logs and reports for project tracking
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Operations to ensure alignment and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness
• Ability to follow structured processes and work with regulated data
• Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Excel, data entry systems, document management tools)
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management
• Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
• Familiarity with MDR processes, FDA regulations, or quality systems (QMS) is a plus
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or document management systems
