Business Analyst 5
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract (with possible extension)
Hybrid Work Schedule (Non-Negotiable): Required onsite days- Wednesdays and Thursdays Remote eligible days- Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays
Interview Process: Virtual and in-person. 60-minute Virtual Interview via MS Teams (video required)
Position Description:
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience gathering requirements from users
- 6+ years of experience designing technical and business requirement documentation
- 4+ years of experience with Agile methodology / SCRUM processes and ceremonies
- 3+ years of experience maintaining and organizing Epics, Features, User Stories, and Tasks using Azure DevOps backlog management tools (Kanban board, Sprint board, etc.)
- CBAP Certification (new requirement)
Preferred:
- Experience using Azure DevOps for backlog and work item management
- Experience supporting Product Owners in Agile delivery environments
