Data Engineer

Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering, machine learning, or Al development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience building Al/ML or Generative Al solutions.
Strong programming experience using Python, C#, Java, or similar languages.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or equivalent.
Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
Experience with cloud platforms and Al services such as Azure Al, Azure OpenAl, AWS
Bedrock, Vertex Al, or similar technologies.
Experience working with SQL and large-scale data processing.
Knowledge of prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and Al solution deployment.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience developing RAG-based solutions and Al agents.
Experience with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
Experience with healthcare, claims, clinical, provider, or member-facing applications.
Experience with MLOps and Al operations practices.
Familiarity with Kafka, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
Al-focused training. Al Builder personas are expected to develop capabilities around deploying Al solutions and automations.
