Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant located in Hot Springs National Park, AR. The Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in implementing therapy treatment plans under the guidance of licensed physical therapists. Day-to-day tasks include providing patient care, supporting rehabilitation programs, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves working closely with patients to ensure high-quality care and collaboration with the healthcare team to achieve therapeutic goals. The Role We are hiring one Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PT/PTA team. You will work directly under a specific PT every day, treating patients exclusively in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No evenings, no weekends, no after-hours documentation. What You Will Do • Implement treatment plans developed by your partnered PT, working with patients across the full spectrum • Monitor patient progress and document accurately in our AI-assisted system • Build long-term relationships with patients in a community-oriented practice • Communicate clearly and warmly across a wide patient demographic What We Are Looking For Required : • Active PTA license in Arkansas, OR PT Compact privileges from any compact state. Licensing assistance available. • Strong personality and communication skills. • Comfortable working with modern technology and AI documentation tools Nice to have: • Outpatient orthopedic experience (we welcome PTAs transitioning from SNF, home health, or inpatient rehab settings) • Current CPR certification New graduates are welcome. We have hired and trained new and recent PTA grads many times. Our PT/PTA team structure is built for it.
