Role The Physical Therapist (PT) provides hands-on, evidence-based outpatient care for diverse conditions including orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, gait, balance, and sports-related diagnoses. Responsibilities Deliver personalized treatments, accurately document care in Raintree EMR, manage approximately 50 patient visits weekly with AI-supported tools, and foster a culture of clinical learning and peer support. Qualifications Degree from a CAPTE-accredited program, active or eligible state license, strong communication and clinical reasoning skills, and commitment to patient-centered care. Skills Clinical expertise in various therapy areas, interpersonal skills, documentation proficiency, and adaptability to technology.
