Methodist Health System is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care across our Texas hospitals and clinics. This role provides direct clinical pharmacy services, including medication therapy management, order verification, and therapeutic drug monitoring. The Clinical Pharmacist collaborates closely with physicians, nurses, and other providers to optimize medication outcomes, enhance patient safety, and support antimicrobial stewardship.
