Part Time Front Desk Medical ReceptionistAll Star Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Part Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our Hemet team!At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, Care Coordinators are the heartbeat of the clinic. They are the first voice a patient hears and the first face they see. You set the tone for the entire patient experience: organized, warm, and professional from the very first call through every visit. This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where no two days look the same, and where your ability to stay calm, follow through, and take ownership makes a direct impact on patients and the clinical team.Compensation: $19-$23/HRPart Time: 16-20 Hours/Week (must be available for evening shift: until 6:30pm)Location: Hemet, CA 92545Looking for a bilingual candidate to best serve our patient population!ResponsibilitiesYou'll achieve success by:Creating a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sourcesManaging front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone callsReviewing, scheduling, and following up on incoming referrals by gathering information, creating or updating patient records, and helping patients understand next stepsKeeping patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments, working waitlists, filling cancellations, and following up with patients who need future visitsCollecting copays, balances, and other patient payments accurately and professionally, including basic payment tracking or reconciliation when neededProtecting patient privacy and upholding HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentationQualificationsHigh School Diploma or GEDExperience in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, or similar clinical office setting preferred but not requiredStrong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-up skillsComfort using computers, phones, scheduling systems, electronic medical records, email, and basic spreadsheetsAbility to discuss payments, scheduling expectations, and basic insurance information with professionalismA calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the teamMust be bilingual in English/Spanish to best serve our patient populationConfluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
