We are looking for an energetic, smart, entry level Laser Operator who is process oriented. You will gain
product, industry, and process knowledge through a combination of direct mentoring by an experienced
operator and hands on experience. The successful candidate will operate a Coherent or IPG Laser,
fabricating both stainless steel and aluminum plates.

Day Shift is four 10 hour shifts Mon-Thur 8:00 pm-6:30 am, and some overtime when satisfying our
customers requirements.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be teachable.
• Good mechanical, computer and math skills.
• Candidate must be willing and able to learn other tasks.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Be flexible and adept at working as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.

GENERAL OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Read a job ticket and follow the process steps.
• Participate in Daily Continuous Improvement.
• Cross train in other key skills throughout the production facility as opportunity and your ability to learn Merit
• Locate and open a fabrication program on the server.
• Perform a First Article Inspection.
• Loading and Unloading metal flats from a Coherent Laser.
• Tap out, buff, weigh count and shrink wrap individual parts.
