Better Buzz Coffee is seeking Baristas for our brand-new location opening August 2026 in Victorville, CA 92395. 15122 Bear Valley Rd. Victorville, CA 92395 We seek Baristas who are: Gregarious. You can work at least 22 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. In addition to base pay, our team members also receive tips averaging approximately $4.00 per hour. Although tips can vary and are not guaranteed, our amazing customers regularly reward our team with generous gratuities for the great service and Buzz Life energy we bring every day. Actual amounts may differ based on location, hours worked, quality of service, and customer discretion. Average tips reflect 2025 reporting. Responsibilities Deliver the Better Buzz experience through fast, friendly, and genuine service. Be knowledgeable about our coffee, tea, food, and specialty drinks. Prepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standards. Work all café positions — our baristas are cross‑trained and adaptable, including working in our kitchens to make food to order. Keep our space clean, safe — always ready for guests and teammates. Opportunities Cashier – Point of Sale. Expo – Inside & Outside Order Taking. Working the Drive‑Thru (if drive‑thru). Supporting Third‑Party Delivery & Online Orders. Back of House – Cooking & Prepping. Qualifications 1+ year experience in coffee, food service, or hospitality preferred. Passion for great coffee and exceptional guest service. Strong communicator with a positive, solution‑oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and available for nights, weekends and holidays. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
