Number of Beds: 29 beds, 4 ORs, 3 PACU Bays, 12 Antepartum rooms and 10 Triage rooms

Number of Staff: 148

Type of staff: Day Shift 22 RNs, 2-3 CSTs, 1 Charge and 1 Flex

Night Shift - 20 RNs, 1-2 CSTs, 1 Charge and 1 Flex

Patient ratios: 2:1

Type of equipment: Centricity and GE monitors EMR Meditech / CPN

Typical hiring profile:

Skill Set: Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate Fetal Monitoring (FM) or AWHONN Minimum 1-year current acute care hospital L&D experience

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Meditech experience PACU experience OR experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Vaginal and c-sect deliveries, d&c, Hyst, PP tubal, cerclage placement and versions High risk OB

Best personality Fit: Self-starter who can work independently and support fellow teammates
