Customer Service Specialist

Providing industry-leading customer service, the full-time Senior Wholesale Customer Specialist will manage customer support and operational issues for national accounts while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams to exceed customer needs. Key responsibilities: Communicate with internal and external customers to provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries Oversee the unique needs of specialized accounts, ensuring effective order management and fulfillment Gather and analyze data to inform leadership on improving customer experience and support system development Required qualifications: Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably as a Runner Experience Specialist Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 1+ years of wholesale order management experience Demonstrated ability to manage adverse situations positively and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
