Retail Display Installer – Technology Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement. Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required. Role 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to join our team and represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you’ll execute a wide range of in‑store tasks: Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps Performing buildouts, resets, and display repairs Following planograms and client‑specific directives Job Type Per required need (flexible hours) Work Location Market: SS - AZ - Yuma Benefits $20.25 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Variety of projects and clients Key Responsibilities Respond and communicate with field services management promptly (within 24 hours of contact). Maintain accurate availability updates. Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures. Complete necessary forms, surveys, and images before leaving the job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and teamwork of 2+ people, providing solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist team members as needed. Submit timecards accurately and report anomalies daily. Work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Participate in training and certification programs. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as needed. Scheduling / Planning Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; early morning hours and holidays may be required. Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt. Project Execution Follow all directives as provided, ensuring full and complete execution. Collaborate with the shared services team to achieve goals, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiencies. Relationship Development Build and maintain strong relationships within the shared services team, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders. Foster collaboration and communication with internal teams, clients, retailers, and field representatives. Leadership & Cross‑functional Work Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company. Set high standards for behavior and create a positive work environment. Work across company aspects and cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success. Customer & Client Satisfaction Ensure continuous customer and client satisfaction per established shared service field KPIs. Provide and receive feedback openly. Qualifications Age / Eligibility Must be 18 or older. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Availability Flexible availability Monday through Friday. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical Abilities Climb a ladder up to 10 feet. Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs. Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead. Adaptability Adjust to changing tasks and work environments. Communication Skills Use phone, text, and email for coordination and updates. Use smartphone to clock in/out, take/upload photos, download apps, and connect to internet. Communicate with field services management promptly. Education High school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial. Experience Preferred Installation and merchandising experience. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Ability to follow planogram directives. Technology Own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data. Navigate communication platforms and applications independently. Training Complete all training assignments within designated time frames. Work collaboratively and autonomously. Transportation and Travel Reliable transportation. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment. Leadership & Communication Superior leadership skills and professional communication. Make sound decisions, use good judgment, and solve problems effectively.
