Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of one year of experience as an Operating Room RN
• Proficiency in perioperative nursing principles and aseptic technique
• BLS certification (additional ACLS or PALS preferred)
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments according to aseptic standards
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other operating room staff
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Advocate for patient safety and comfort at all stages of the surgical experience
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with patients and their families

$1,685 - $1,843/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
