This is not a "consulting" position; you are not a temp, not seasonal, and not “as needed.” This is a full-time, W2 position at our company.This is a job that makes you happy! What you will do: 

As an HR Generalist, you’ll work within a team to perform hands-on, day-to-day, outsourced HR services for small to mid-sized companies across the US.  You will serve as the support person for your assigned clients’ needs.  This includes but is not limited to, payroll & benefits administration/support, recruiting, training, and an abundance of HR projects. No two days are ever the same!  

• Employee Relations - Handle employee relations issues, respond to employee questions and concerns, and help maintain a positive and respectful work environment. 
• HR Support - Provide support for projects, build training presentations, create HR documents and more! 
• HR Technology - Utilize various technology to automate and maintain HR related tasks where possible.
• Hiring Management - Engage with candidates conducting interviews on our clients’ behalf
• Payroll Administration – Manage and update data for regular payroll processing cycles.
• Benefits Administration – Maintain and handle all administrative tasks
• Hotline Services – Serve as a member of a team to intake and resolve issues reported through our hotline services.

• Experience:
• 2+ years of well-rounded HR experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business with a focus in HR; or a degree plus a PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR certification required
• Computer skills – well versed and able to learn new programs regularly as we support clients on different platforms
• Location: Remote; residing within the Eastern or Central time zone

• Compensation range: $50,000-$58,000
• 40-hour work week from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST M-F that we take great pride in keeping to just 40 hours!
