About the Role:

We are dedicated to providing exceptional cleaning services that create a welcoming environment for businesses in Fort Wayne, IN. Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

Dust and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures to maintain a pristine environment.

Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.

Restock supplies in restrooms and break rooms as needed.

Maintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues promptly.

Follow safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals in accordance with guidelines.

Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by management.

Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous custodial or cleaning experience is a plus.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
