Senior Associate, Brand Experience

Job Description The Senior Associate, Brand Experience (BE) is responsible for the day-to-day stewardship of media communication for assigned brands, ensuring accurate budget control and managing digital media activity. The role collaborates across internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans, providing actionable insights and recommendations to exceed client business objectives. Responsibilities Assist in the development of digital media plan options and recommendations Maintain accurate budget control and flow of media activity and update clients on timelines consistently Apply strong understanding of online media fundamentals, including media math, audience targeting, and communication goals (reach/frequency) Demonstrate proficiency with systems/tools (Media Tools, MRI, Kantar, etc.) Gather and analyze research to provide strategic, consumer insight‑driven digital media recommendations Collaborate with partner agencies to create seamless communication processes Show creativity and agility in problem solving Deliver POVs/position papers on key client issues and opportunities Prepare media authorizations per approved plans/project requests Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups Assist with other projects or responsibilities as assigned Qualifications 1+ years of media planning or strategy experience Working knowledge of media systems/platforms (Media Tools, Flowchart Software, Kantar, MRI/GfK, R/F and Optimization Software, Pathmatics, Prisma, Mbox, GWI) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint Strong communication and presentation skills Curious, motivated, solution‑oriented problem solver Ability to work independently and in a team setting Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills Detail‑oriented with ability to multi‑task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, parental and family care leave, family forming assistance, tuition reimbursement, and flexible time off.
