Hospice Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem weekdays, 128 South area Hospice Nurse Practitioner, Per Diem weekdays, 128 South area: Watertown, Newton, Dedham, Braintree, Quincy, Weymouth, Norwell Position Summary: Provides consultation regarding palliative care services to patients in a community setting and works in a collaborative team practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus. Performs physical assessments and communicates with patients facing serious complex illnesses. Rate: $75.00 per hour Education Master’s of Science in Nursing and Nurse Practitioner Certification in area of specialty required. Licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Current DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration. Experience Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required. Experience with electronic medical records systems preferred. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multitask and work in a rapidly changing environment with multiple demands.
