Recruiting Coordinator

Kforce's client, a nationally recognized professional services organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a large-scale College and University recruiting initiative.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate recruiting events, career fairs, and candidate activities Schedule meetings and manage calendars Reserve meeting space and coordinate logistics Prepare, organize, and ship recruiting materials Track recruiting activities, deadlines, and action items Partner closely with recruiters to ensure seamless execution of campus initiatives Recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or administrative support experience Strong organizational and project tracking skills Experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and follow-through Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
