In support of their needs, we are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator.Job Location: Frisco, TXWork Schedule: On-siteRole Overview:Our Recruiting Coordinator works closely with a team of recruiters in a fast-paced recruiting organization. The Coordinator is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities, building candidate relationships, and owning the candidate experience. This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.Responsibilities:Scheduling phone, video, and on-site interviews directly with candidates and hiring teams ensuring a positive and enjoyable experienceUpdating candidate records in recruiting systems and confirming new hiresIdentifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiencyInitiating and tracking background checksPreparing offer letters and employment agreementsWorking collaboratively with Recruiters to maintain accuracy and data integrityParticipating in compliance audits relating to the talent acquisition lifecycleAssisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as neededAbout You:2+ years of recruiting or human resources experience2+ years of experience supporting a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment preferredCreative, critical thinker and process-driven: you are constantly looking for ways to improve our candidate experience and to make things work more efficientlyIncredibly organized, with superb attention to detail; Highly motivated, self-driven, conscientiousExcellent verbal and written communicator, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendlinessAbility to juggle multiple projects, multi-tasking guruStrong computer skills and experience with applicant tracking systemsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to meet tight deadlines and thrive under pressure; Commitment to results and solutions orientedAbout Maxonic:Since 2002 Maxonic has been at the forefront of connecting candidate strengths to client challenges.
