About the Position

Job Title: Nurse Educator Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Nursing Inservice Education Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Hours per Shift: 37.50 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Labor and Delivery; Two years of Med/Surg experience is required. License: New York State RN License Certifications: AHA BLS Must-Have: Strong Labor and Delivery skills Solid clinical background Description: The candidate will provide coverage for all inpatient Maternal and Child Health areas, including Labor and Delivery, NICU, MBU, and Pediatrics. A minimum of two years of Labor and Delivery experience is required. A Master's in Education is strongly preferred. The role will support education initiatives for Labor and Delivery, NICU, and postpartum care. This position will not extend beyond the original 13-week engagement.
