Georgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP to provide primary and occ med care to an onsite employee clinic in Tavares, FL.

Details

• ASAP - Oct 30th (could extend)\
• Hours: M-F 7a-4p

Scope:

· Ages of children seen 2 and up (typically low volume of peds)

· Onsite dispensing Yes

· Occupational Health services Yes

· Workers' Compensation services Yes

· Whether Women's Health experience is required for temporary/locum coverage

· Health center staffing model 2 providers, 2 MAs and one BH provider

· Any additional skills, licensure, certification, or provider requirements: DOT certified

Pay

• $90 per hour
• Paid Malpractice
• Paid training

Paid weekly

• Must have 2+ years primary care experience as an FNP
• Occ Med experience
• DOT certified
• FL licensure
• Board Certified
• Clean Background
