Customer Service Associate, Fifth Ave

Candidate Profile: Ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to assist clients and the Sales Team with solving client issues in a fast‑paced luxury environment. You will have at least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role. A bachelor’s degree and experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry is preferred, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP. Responsibilities Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance. Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications. Ensure that After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct. Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP.
