Requirements
- Licenses: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an acute hospital setting with 1 year of Adult ICU experience
- EMR: EPIC

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in various units, including Adult ICU and other areas as needed.
- Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment.
- Assess and monitor patients' respiratory status and response to treatments.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families about respiratory conditions and therapies.
