Within our Sales Operations practice, you will specialize in consulting services that focus on customer sales and service strategies, analyzing engagement processes, and developing strategies to improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.In this role at PwC, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
