Public Health Bioinformatics Scientist Genomics & Outbreaks

The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's Public Health Laboratory is seeking a Bioinformatics Scientist to develop and maintain HTS analysis pipelines and perform genomics analyses to support NYC public health responses. The role involves supervising 1-2 staff and collaborating with epidemiologists to translate data into actionable public health insights.
