Project Manager-Multifamily Construction

Project ManagerFore Property Co, a national multi-family developer and builder, is seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in multifamily and podium construction to oversee a new project from preconstruction through closeout for the Las Vegas, NV market.The ideal candidate will be highly organized, financially minded, and experienced in managing on-site teams and subcontractors while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.Responsibilities include:Oversee all phases of construction, from preconstruction planning through project closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets and schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with contract documents, codes, and safety regulationsTrack project progress, costs, and documentation using ProcoreProactively identify and resolve project risks and issuesMust have a strong background in the following:Project budgeting and cost controlEstimating and contract reviewScheduling and schedule managementContracting and subcontractor buyoutHiring and managing on-site project teamsManaging and coordinating on-site subcontractorsRequired experience and qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience as a project manager in multifamily and podium construction required.Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through completionAbility to lead projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectationsMust be proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and BluebeamProcore experience required-must be able to use Procore as the primary project tracking and documentation tracking platformStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong problem solving abilities**PLEASE INCLUDE MULTIFAMILY PROJECT LIST IN RESUME**FPC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and offers a competitive salary package which includes excellent base salary, 401(k) with company match, Medical/Dental/Vision, 2 weeks' vacation, sick days, and 10 paid holidays per year.We are a drug free workplace.
