Opportunity Overview

• Join a commercial roofing contractor with more than 50 years of industry experience.
• Work on commercial roofing projects including new construction, replacements and restoration/coatings.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management and General Contractors throughout the bidding process.
• Use industry-leading estimating software and modern technology to produce competitive, accurate bids.
• Office-based role in Memphis with regular site visits to support accurate project pricing.

Your Role

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial roofing projects from plans, specifications and site visits.
• Complete accurate take-offs and develop competitive bid proposals.
• Build pricing using labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor quotations.
• Work directly with Project Managers, Sales teams and General Contractors throughout the bid process.
• Maintain historical cost data to improve future estimating accuracy.

Key Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience.
• Proficiency using The EDGE estimating software.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and bid documents.
• Experience estimating commercial new construction and/or re-roofing projects.
• Valid driver's license.
