Adecco is seeking dedicated Maintenance Techs to join our team at a facility in McCalla, Alabama. This is an immediate opening with a reputable client that values skill, initiative, and a commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

• Support operational performance metrics by performing routine inspections and repairs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen events.

• Conduct 5S audits to promote a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

• Collaborate with team members to support annual operating plans and lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of relevant maintenance experience.

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced technical training in mechanical, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, or PLC is a plus.

• Strong understanding of lean principles and experience applying lean tools.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.

Pay Details: $21.63 to $35.90 per hour
