This position is set within a community health clinic with a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your home or preferred location. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Relationship Revive Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of couples and individual clients to identify their needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • Providing therapeutic interventions for various issues, such as grief and loss, family conflict, alcohol abuse, and adjustment to separation.
  • Facilitating therapy sessions for couples, as well as individual sessions, to promote healing and better communication strategies.
  • Utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to engage clients effectively in their treatment paths.
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with organizational protocols.
  • Collaborating with fellow clinicians and participating in case conferences to share insights and strategies for patient care improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve engaging with various patient demographics, including adults, children, and adolescents who are facing a wide range of life challenges. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate complex family dynamics, cope with emotional distress, and develop healthier lifestyles. Specific areas of focus may include:

  • Addressing alcohol and substance abuse issues.
  • Managing the psychological impacts of physical health issues and job-related stress.
  • Providing therapy for blended families and assisting clients in navigating the challenges of remarriage.
  • Facilitating support for separation, divorce, and the adjustment process for both individuals and family units.
  • Enhancing communication skills within families to resolve conflicts and facilitate connection.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field and hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). You should be genuinely passionate about patient care and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome newly licensed therapists, candidates with prior experience in diverse therapeutic settings and exposure to various family dynamics will find this position especially rewarding. Experience in utilizing teletherapy platforms and familiarity with digital health tools will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually. In addition to a generous financial compensation structure, we provide:
