Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit
• Assist in labor assessments and delivery procedures
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
• Educate patients and families on the labor and delivery process
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Valid RN license in Virginia
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred
