Backend Software Engineer AI Trainer

Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year Requirements: * We require fluent English communication, with native or bilingual-level proficiency.
* We need strong programming ability in at least one of the following: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
* We look for excellent written communication, including strong grammar and clear expression.
* We require a bachelors degree, either completed or currently in progress.
* We prefer prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer.
* We can only consider candidates located in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Responsibilities: * We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges that help train AI systems.
* We write precise code examples and thorough explanations.
* We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
