American Airlines Hotel, 4501 HWY 360, Fort Worth, Texas, United States of America Job Description Posted Tuesday, June 2, 2026 at 5:00 AM American Airlines – The Landing at Skyview 6 The Housekeeping Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining high standards in all assigned lobby areas, public restrooms, special cleaning assignments and performing Room Attendant duties as necessary. Responsibilities: Performs cleaning tasks in public areas including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. Returns food & beverage service items found in the public areas to the proper department. Must be attentive, helpful and be able to effectively verbally communicate with all level of employees and guests in a friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner. Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with other employees. Practice safe work habits to ensure safety to guests, fellow employees and self. Report and deliver lost and found items to the Housekeeping office. Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager. Be familiar with correct guestroom cleaning procedures to assist if needed. Before leaving, collect all trash from the service landings and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters, per hotel procedures. Keep hallways, public areas and closets neat and organized. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in public restrooms. Adhere to the schedule for project cleaning of public areas. Maintain the stairwells to hotel standards. Perform other duties as requested by management. Requirements: Must have employment eligibility in the U.S. Must be able to communicate in basic conversational English. Previous experience in hotel housekeeping a plus. Ability to move, bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25-30 pounds. Ability to move up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and perform repetitive motions. Ability to perform assigned duties with minimal supervision. A Monday - Sunday schedule that allows availability on weekdays, holidays, and weekends based on the demands of the hotel.
