This leadership position requires clinical expertise in wound care, strong team collaboration abilities, and a passion for improving patient outcomes. You will oversee clinical outcomes, support wound care nurses, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in in-home wound care delivery.Responsibilities:Provide expert wound care assessments, treatment planning, and management in the home setting following evidence-based guidelines and company protocols.Lead and mentor wound care nurses within the assigned market to promote best practices and enhance clinical outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient-centered care.Monitor clinical quality, compliance, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to regulatory and company standards.Serve as a clinical resource and subject matter expert for wound care within the market.Participate in continuous quality improvement activities, product evaluations, and new treatment protocol development.Engage with patients and caregivers to provide education, support, and ensure satisfaction with care delivery.Demonstrate leadership by fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and clinical excellence.
