Physical Therapist Assistant - Inpatient Rehabilitation

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at Encompass Health, you will play a key role in helping patients regain function and independence after major illnesses and injuries. Working in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, you’ll carry out individualized treatment plans under the direction of licensed physical therapists, leading patients through therapeutic exercises, gait training, and functional mobility activities. You’ll closely monitor and document progress, educate patients and families on home programs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a culture committed to clinical excellence, compassion, and professional growth.
