Tool Crib Attendant Pay - $21/hr Multiple Openings!!! 1st shift 7am 3:30pm, Overtime required as needed Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Tool Crib Attendant to support our manufacturing team by maintaining tool inventory, organizing hardware, assembling hardware packets, and ensuring employees have the tools and equipment needed to perform their jobs. This position plays an important role in keeping production running efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Sort, count, assemble, and store hardware packets. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming tools, equipment, and materials. Issue tools and equipment to employees and maintain accurate checkout/return records. Maintain tool crib inventory and stock levels. Inspect tools for wear or damage and report issues to supervisors. Clean, lubricate, and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment. Label and identify tools and equipment. Read engineering prints to identify parts and tooling requirements. Use measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify parts and hardware. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Work effectively with production, supervisors, and other departments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous manufacturing or light assembly experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count inventory. Basic knowledge of hand tools and manufacturing equipment. Ability to read engineering drawings. Experience using measuring tools and basic metrology equipment (measuring to 1/16 inch). Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
