Customer Service Rep / Collections Department

MidAtlantic Finance Clearwater, FL (Ulmerton Rd) worksite Leading local auto lender is looking for motivated customer service and call center reps in our fast-paced Corporate HQ located in Clearwater, FL. Call Center/Collections experience is preferred, but not required. We provide proper training to help you succeed. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Speak with customers via inbound/outbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Accept payments, and negotiate with consumers to resolve accounts
• Perform account maintenance and accurately document all customer activity.
