Overview: The Graphic Design Operations Assistant will support the graphics/design team to ensure the overall brand's objective is achieved with the best production results Key Accountabilities: Assist in the creation of seasonal art pages for requested brands Partner with management to communicate with factories on how to achieve the best production results Ensure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently using the company template Work with management on finalized files to be uploaded Separate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printing Add detail to seasonal production charts for all brands as directed Assist management on reviewing all art files Utilize digital presentation boards to create clear and direct processes of graphic projects Ensure all PLM data is completed for each graphic Special projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or related Fine Arts Degree 1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive and collaborative Brand appropriate aesthetic Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners' products and set them apart from their competitors.
