To support a growing litigation practice, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Associate Attorney will independently manage court appearances, depositions, and trials while developing case strategies and collaborating with a high-performing legal team. Key responsibilities Develop compelling case strategies that drive results and challenge mediocrity Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials Mentor junior attorneys and maintain consistent communication with clients Required qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Active bar license in the state of New Jersey 1-8 years of solid litigation experience, including case strategy and trial preparation Prior insurance defense experience preferred Ability to independently manage a full caseload from discovery through trial
