The Restaurant General Manager leads a large team of over 31 employees, overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and profitability. Reporting as part of the Regional Management Team, this role focuses on staff management, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards across all functions while steering the restaurant toward continued sales growth and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead staff to drive performance and engagement
• Maintain strong customer relations and handle guest concerns
• Oversee inventory control and vendor management to optimize costs
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
• Create employee schedules aligned with operational needs
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance team skills
• Drive sales growth through strategic initiatives and marketing support
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for operational insights
• Manage facility operations to maintain a safe and efficient environment
• Participate in weekly strategic planning meetings with regional management

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant management
