Main point of contact between contractors and the client on all project matter. The PM shall be responsible for monitoring and measuring project performance throughout the project and resolving any contract disputes relative to costs, scope, and schedule.Qualifications / Requirements:5-10 years in large scale projects Program Management for Utility business,Bachelor's degree is required.Professional Engineer License and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.Proficient in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Project Management Professional or Program Management ProfessionalMinimum five (5) years' experience in the functional area under which it will be contracted: Substations, T&D, Gas-Hydro, and OSG.
