Program Overview
A leading global organization is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-year digital transformation portfolio. This role will oversee a complex set of strategic initiatives focused on modernizing core business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
The program spans multiple interconnected projects and requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, technology platforms, and global stakeholders. * Own and manage the end-to-end program roadmap across multiple strategic initiatives
* Drive cross-functional coordination across business, technology, and operations teams
* Identify, manage, and mitigate program-level risks, dependencies, and constraints
* Establish strong governance, reporting, and communication cadence with senior leadership
* Ensure delivery of business outcomes, value realization, and operational impact
* Lead stakeholder engagement and change management across a global, matrixed organization.
* Enable adoption of modern delivery practices (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall as appropriate)

* Familiarity with modern PPM tools and governance frameworks
