8+ years of construction estimating experience Experience estimating utility, infrastructure, heavy civil, transmission/distribution, or large capital construction projects Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis experience Experience developing detailed estimates from drawings, scopes, and construction packages HeavyBid (HCSS) experience Primavera P6 experience Advanced Excel skills Cost-loaded scheduling experience Nice to Have Skills & Experience Utility estimating experience (electric and/or gas) PMP certification Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management Oracle BI, Oracle EBS, or Unifier experience Earned Value Management (EVM) experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Estimator to work for a large Utilities client of theirs. This position will be 3 days onsite at their West Nyack facility and 2 days remote. This person will need to have 8+ years of construction estimating experience, preferably within electric/gas utilities. This individual will develop and maintain project estimates, budgets, forecasts, and cost-loaded schedules for large capital projects. The role supports the full project lifecycle, including planning, estimating, change management, cost control, variance analysis, and capital planning. Experience working with project managers, reviewing construction drawings/scopes, developing WBS structures, and supporting major utility infrastructure projects is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
