This hands-on, highly visible position is a critical partnership with the CFO, CEO, and board, focused on translating financial data into decisions that drive the company's expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end FP&A function, including strategic planning, forecasting, business partnership, GTM analytics, and board and investor reporting. They must be adept at leading a team, building and maintaining financial models, and leading scenario planning and capital allocation analysis. The role demands a leader with a strong operator mindset, who can thrive in a fast-moving environment and is capable of communicating with clarity at the executive level. Applicants for the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3 years in a VP or Director-level position within a B2B SaaS company. A proven track record of supporting significant ARR growth and deep fluency in key SaaS financial metrics are essential. The role requires exceptional financial modeling skills, the ability to prepare board-level materials, and a strong executive presence. Proficiency in modern financial tools is necessary, and a background in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance is a strong plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to lead a high-performing team and drive process improvements to support the company's scaling needs.
