Policy and Planning Analyst

To support policy development and strategic planning for a complex Department of War organization, the full-time salaried Policy and Planning Analyst will translate information into actionable plans and management actions, with remote eligibility and periodic on-site support in Quantico, Virginia as needed. Key responsibilities Draft and update policies, procedures, and management documentation for government review Develop and maintain work breakdown structures, integrated schedules, and assessment reports Support governance reviews and prepare briefings, minutes, and action-item trackers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, management, or a related field; or 8+ years of relevant experience Experience conducting organizational assessments and preparing management documentation Experience supporting project planning, schedules, and risk management Strong analytical, facilitation, and technical-writing skills Active U.S. Security Clearance (Secret) required
