As an Applebee's Bartender, you will mix outstanding alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages so that you and the servers can deliver the best drink possible. Responsibilities Mix alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in accordance with established standards. Provide friendly service to staff and customers. Create a great bar experience for guests. Operate safely while transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between the dining room, service bar, and kitchen. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old (per state law). Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with others. Friendly and committed to making an impact. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain stationary for up to four hours. Physical Standards Remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for up to four hours. Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from the dining room, service bar, and kitchen about 30 times per shift. Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff. Wear protective hand coverings throughout shift. Work with disinfectant cleaning supplies and wear protective face coverings or masks throughout shift. Wash hands frequently with disinfecting soap throughout shift. Benefits Competitive wages.
