Position Overview

We are seeking a warm, skilled, and mission-driven Behavioral Health Therapist to join our expanding clinical team. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a supportive environment, enjoys autonomy, and wants to make a meaningful impact in the community.

You’ll provide outpatient therapy through a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions, using your clinical expertise to support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, and life transitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

• Collaborate with internal and external providers as needed

• Uphold ethical, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case consultations

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field

• Active Mississippi license: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW (under supervision)

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation

• Passion for serving diverse populations and strengthening community wellness

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, or family systems

• Interest in couples therapy, grief counseling, or behavioral modification

• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
