Compensation

$28-35+ per hour , based on experience and skill.

If you're an exceptional carpenter with the ability to lead projects, we're willing to pay for exceptional talent.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to know everything.

We're looking for someone who already has strong residential carpentry skills and takes pride in producing outstanding work.

Ideal candidates have experience with:

• Residential remodeling
• Framing
• Finish carpentry
• Reading plans
• Problem solving
• Working independently and with a team
• Professional communication with homeowners

If there are skills you haven't mastered yet, we'll help you learn.
