Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to enhance our expanding cardiovascular program at the Northwest Heart Center. This is a remarkable chance to establish a well-rounded adult cardiac surgery practice within a supportive, physician-led cardiovascular service line that caters to the greater Portland area.

For those interested in a Medical Directorship, there is a unique opportunity to take on a clinical leadership role, influencing the strategic development, quality initiatives, and future trajectory of the cardiothoracic surgery program.

• Comprehensive adult cardiac surgery practice, including CABG, valve, and aortic surgeries, with approximately 200 cases performed each year.
• A collaborative Structural Heart program conducting around 120 procedures annually.
• An established multidisciplinary Heart Team comprising general, interventional, and structural cardiology, electrophysiology, and vascular surgery specialists.
• A dedicated cardiac operating room supported by an experienced cardiovascular surgical team.
• A universal-bed cardiovascular unit.
• A regional referral network with four outreach locations.
• ECMO and transplant support through regional partnerships.
• A PA-supported call model.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
